For being the big rivalry weekend AND a rematch of the WCHA Championship, things are awfully quiet around here.

I'm in the midst of a love/hate relationship with this team right now....

I'm not thrilled with our non-con record and how some of those games went down.... The stupid penalties are becoming a frustrating trend that needs to be dealt with... Also the team is 0-5 in the 2018 calendar year when I'm in the building, so the less I'm around, the better they do :p :o

They way Tech is playing, and the way the Cats are playing, a split would be a good weekend. Not a good place to be when Tech expects a sweep and we hope for a split.

NMU's lack of scoring this year is an issue....
In NMU's 9 losses this year they only scored 1 goal in 7 of the losses along with 0 & 2 in the other two losses....

Big thing tonight is to not come out flat...

Yesterday is yesterday... Yes, there was a LOT that went on. Cats need to realize that MTU will be out for blood tonight. They will want vengeance and will do whatever is possible to embarrass the Cats tonight... Stand strong and be ready :cool:

There you go. One goal tonight and a Cat loss. Not a bad split, but we could have got this one tonight. Had to listen on radio feed, but the radio announcers didn't know why our second goal was taken away. We never got going after that. Sounded like the Tech Goalie played well, but our shots were down from Friday.
