2017 USA Development Camp -

Figured she was Ivy League when you wait this long.

A good showing by the girls this year. Was interesting how the smaller younger line of Murphy, Webster, and OBrian seemed to be more productive than the bigger physically faster Curl, Taylor H, and Petrie Line. I know both scored but the small line clearly were willing to pass more.

Saw that several lines did not play much. Is that regular? Maggie F and Sydney Sharen did not get in until we were up by 7. What happened there? Is the talent gap that extensive?

Good to see Browne and Knoll get their due. Not as much hype but got production for the time they were given.

In their first game against Sweden, for most of the game Heise was not on a line with Petrie and Curl. Later in the game that combination was put together and they were very good. And they were very good for the rest of the tournament. So was the Murphy, O'Brien, and Webster line. It was a plus for the US to essentially have two first lines.

I would have loved to see Curl, O'Brien and Webster together, a preview for UW fans, but the Murphy, O'Brien, and Webster line was great.
