There's probably a good reason, but why am I out after picking Daniel Webster to lose as did NUProf and Prezdejohnson and they survived?
Rhett...I seem not to be on your players list.

So, as with NorthernLite, I just realized USCHO & College Hockey Stats both had the Aurora/Finlandia dates listed wrong. I picked the Sunday game, which was the last game of the series. So, I guess I have Saturday's game?
Can someone explain to me what happened?
jabber picked a game that is still happening, right? No need for a further ruling, if that's the case.
If you picked a game, by incorrect reliance on USCHO (and no other site), that's fine, but then I will rule on a valid replacement. By custom and uniformity, if there are multiple interpretations, I assign the first game played, even if it has already taken place when the error is discovered. If this was part of a rescheduling, then you get assigned the rescheduled game, regardless of where it is placed in the season.
Since posts were edited, and I can't see the original, I need a more detailed re-explanation of the chronology and then I will assign a game.
Next person to edit a pick post after the deadline is eliminated. I don't care if you missed a comma. Why it is unacceptable should go without explanation.
My original post on Nov 3rd 11:14 AM .....before discovering last evening the USCHO site err'd on game times was as follows:
Friday Nov 6
Aurora vs Finlandia
Used: Wisconsin-Superior, Finlandia
My intent was to choose Finlandia in the first game of that series.
I edited the date on Friday evening to Saturday Nov 7 when I discovered the USCHO error.
I see no Week 2 posts.... other than mine (#38) that were edited, so I see no need for you to assign any games.
