The way Lundqvist looked on some of his last saves, you knew a juicy rebound was going to be too much for him after such a long game.

The same could be said for Quick and his rebounds tonight. Some of those....hooboy.

Believe me, no one should blame hank for that goal. That'd be a ****ed difficult save to make early in the first period, much less that deep into double OT. But he was looking slow to get back in position on some fairly routine saves towards the end, so how that goal transpired didn't shock me at all.

No, it definitely was a play that you KNEW a goal would be scored, as you saw it develop. As a hockey fan, you just knew.

I know his shot was tipped, but Nash had the same open net type of shot and didn't score. One of the difference makers. He really did pretty much nothing this series.

Such an awesome game to watch when you had not dog in the race. It never ceases to amaze me how much more exciting the game is during OT in the playoffs. Seriously! The pace, the posts, everything about the game during those OTs was insane!!

There are no tv timeouts for any overtime. That alone helps with the pacing.

OK, here's the deal on the 2010's. Currently: Blackhawks 2 Cups; Kings 2 Cups. First team to 4 Cups wins the decade.

My thought as the play developed, you really could see it coming.
