There are certainly some curve balls but for the most part they make sense...like Cleveland @ Minnesota in most of Oklahoma? AP was a star at Oklahoma...

AP, a Texan, still matters to the average Oklahoma fan?

I guess I have a hard time fathoming this. Here in Michigan, despite his periodic returns to the U of M campus, interest in Brady's NFL success has been modest at best, and typically in passing.

no offense to Michigan Football but Oklahoma is a little different, what else does the average oklahoman have to latch on to in the NFL? hatred of all things Texas?

You grossly underestimate the power of Sooner football down there...

When I was there last April and May, that's almost all that was talked about...and the Thunder were in the middle of an NBA Finals run

Sounds like they have their priorities in order. Competitive knitting should be ranked higher than pathetic NBA basketball.

I was about to comment on how the GB game won't be aired in this area as the FOX late game, but then I remembered that it doesn't matter because the Vikings have a home game. The NFL television rules are just a sham. I know they're designed to encourage people to attend the games at their home stadiums, but they really are irritating.

There should be a doubleheader on CBS and FOX each week and if you want to make an exception, you make the exception the 2nd game on the network that is showing the home team's home game...still stupid but whatever...I hate how rarely Packers games are on in Minnesota now under the most recent rules...with only 1 doubleheader and the home team game blackout.

See, that's just it. I know that there are a boatload of GB fans in the area. Either the NFL does it this way to push people towards their season pass product, or the league isn't really aware of how many GB fans are around here - which I think is the least likely scenario.
