Time to lower that number! 6 straight wins....on the road, non-the-less. Break up the Brewers! Obviously they are not going to keep hitting and scoring runs at this pace, but it sure is fun while it lasts. Hopefully the pitching keeps up like it has been.

This sure is fun.
Nice of the Crew to come along and pick me right up after both Badger teams were eliminated and my Hawks have been scuffling down the stretch.
A-RAM has been amazing. Lucroy is a true captain behind the plate. Gomez is showing that last season was no fluke. Braun appearing to be just fine off the juice. Reynolds is a nice surprise so far. Even Ricky got a nice hit yesterday.
But the best part has been the pitching. I'm so used to an E.R.A. around 5 that this is uncharted territory.
I realize it can't last at quite this pace, but I'm enjoying the heck out of it while it does.
PS - All of this against good competition too. Not exactly mopping up against the dregs.

I went with watching the brewers. It was a good choice. I had just enough time to switch to see the goofs lose. 6>5 is still safe

I went with the hockey game and flipped to the Brewers during commercials and intermissions. Also dvr'd it and watched the whole game afterwards.
Another solid win.
I wish they'd go to the retro unis full time. It's so much better of a look.

Mark Reynolds is kind of growing on me.
What's the deal with Kintzler? Hopefully it's just a strain and nothing serious. His arm can't be tired already!!!

I'd take the blame for the score so far tonight, but it was only 1-0 Cardinals before the wife turned MLB.tv onto the Braves game (in time to see El Oso Blanco hit his second HR of the night). So... not my fault.
Also, the retro uni's are good looking. I'm torn, because I always liked the MB glove logo, royal blue, and yellow.... but I really like the dark blue, gold, and M with the barley under it.
Whatever the uni and logo was from 1994 to 1999 can die in a fire.

These unis look SO good on the big screen. They should just stick with them, streak or no streak.
And yes, that logo was horrific. Wasn't there almost purple in it?

I think its always been Cub fans that people hate more so than the team itself.
Their overall dooshiness gets then projected onto the team.
