I'll make the first couple long pick list posts tonight. In the meantime, feel free to join spwood and get those picks in early.

The usual timing rules are back in play this week, so picks must be in by the start of the 6PM Eastern Plymouth State-Stonehill game this Friday.

So since my pick lost does this mean I'm done or is there really a losers bracket? Sorry, new to this stuff.

After a couple of weeks, someone will start the losers bracket in which everything is reversed. You pick the loser of the game, and losers cannot be repeated. New losers are added to the loser's bracket every time somebody drops here.

Usually JoeCCT does this, but last year I ran it. Don't know of Joe's plan

The LPSLB will start probably the weekend of the 15th (NESCAC start). One change I am toying with are your losers come forward to the Losers Bracket. Thus, if you picked Norwich to beat UNE, when Williams beats Plattsburgh and you're knocked out, UNE and Plattsburgh are already used as picks. This does not give an advantage to a late arriver who may only have to pick a loser for two weeks vs. me who has the rest of the season to pick losers.

The change is not set in stone, so let me know your thoughts.

That makes good sense. Puts everyone on an an equal footing - everybody would have the same number of available choices. Otherwise, the new blood can get a big advantage by starting over with this real bottom feeders.
