2013-14 Quinnipiac Bobcats Part II: The final push towards Philadelphia

Re: 2013-14 Quinnipiac Bobcats Part II: The final push towards Philadelphia

LT- I had the same problem 2 years ago with the Q ticketing system, picked seats in the top row using the interactive map and got seats on the glass.
I guess the safe bet is to pick a middle row.

I actually just spoke to the box office supervisor and apparently when you zoom in on the section you want, the upper boxes that you check on that section are actually the lower seats, go figure. I told him it might be something they should change in the off season. For future reference, make sure you check the row number when ordering tickets from QU. Got two standing room tickets for Game three today so am all set for the weekend.

Game three tickets are available now? I thought they were waiting until after game two to put them on sale.

I believe for seats, they would not go on sale until a game 3 is forced. SRO is a different animal as I believe you reserve the tickets and then pick them up on game day at the booth - paying then. The reason they don't want to release seats before the game is forced, is they don't want to have to credit back on peoples charge cards if there is a sweep. This is at least what I have pieced together from the ticket office the past few years.

Tuesday Recruit Stats

BCHL Playoffs

Jonah and Nathan Renouf were shutout on the score sheet as Surrey fell 6-1 and was closed out 4-2 in the series by Langley. Jonah and Nathan will now head to Hamden with the task of replacing the Jones twins. Overall both had very solid seasons in the BCHL after putting up big numbers the year before in the OJHL.

Craig Martin was held scoreless as Alberni Valley lost 3-1 and now will go to a Game 7 against the Victoria Grizzlies.

Logan Mick had 1 assist as Vernon won 5-0 and the series 4 games to 2.

Bo Pieper had 1 goal and Canon Pieper had 1 assist as Coquitlam won 2-1 and the series over Prince George 4-2.

Taking our seats and our Zamboni ... Jees you guys are needy. Can't wait for this weekend. I've got the morning shift Saturday so I'll be en route as soon as I get off at 9.

BEAT YALE

My first cousin Tim transported the zamboni between schools with his flatbed tow truck. Needless to say he was more than a little scared going up and down that hill with that cargo. http://nhrcollegehockey.blogspot.com/2014/03/traveling-zambonis.html
