Really? Wow, reading all of your posts I was sure you and Gurt were deer humping buds. You should really try make your allegiances clearer.

So what's the deal with this UND team, sounds like a lot of people are suggesting that this really isn't one of your best recent teams. Or is that just an attempt to fool the opposition into a false sense of security? Seems like you guys went through the WCHA tourney pretty easily.

I suspect most UND fans, as well as opposing fans, would agree this is not one of UND's better teams the past decade or so. They're a team that lost a lot of seniors, a couple of guys to the pros, lost a couple of recruits to either the canadian juniors or the ncaa clearinghouse, and basically filled out the lineup with 5 walk-ons. In my 40+ years of going to UND hockey games, I don't ever recall the team having 5 walk-ons, let alone asking them to play significant minutes.

They struggled very early, have played better in the second half and had a nice run in the WCHA tourney. That said, they played the first round at home against a program they've had great success against, beat a SCSU team that was seeded below them, and beat a DU team that was running on absolute fumes. Their most impressive performance was in the semi's against a rested, but inexperienced Minnesota team that got off to a great start against them.

I live in ohio and for some reason i am blacked out on FSN North from seeing the western/ND game. Anyone else have this problem?

It's actually on the alternate (Minnesota) FSN North feed on our U-Verse cable here in Milwaukee. If you're getting hunting and fishing stuff, you're getting the Wisconsin feed.
