2012 - 2013 Schedules

Re: 2012 - 2013 Schedules

Just trying to get all this nomenclature straight before the twins want lunch 8 (8 month olds don't like to be delayed in their meal times, unless they prefer to sleep).

Is Brockport a "University College?" with an official name like Brockport State University College, or something else. Furthermore, who decided to request the unofficial name change?

In Vemont, Castleton State College would like the world to forget it is a State College (maybe to dissociate themselves from flying ice balls)

Meal times- recorded in the Machine Entry Access Logs

In August 2005, John R. Halstead, PhD became Brockport’s sixth president. President Halstead brought a range of leadership experience to the College, including a seven-year term as president of Mansfield College in Pennsylvania, several vice president positions and post-doctoral work at Harvard University's Institute of Educational Management. Beginning early in his tenure, he met and developed relationships with numerous government, corporate and community leaders to increase Brockport’s visibility in the region, and formed partnerships to further promote student success - AND CHANGED THE SCHOOL"S NAME.
Brockport is

And Castleton State College was forced to drop "State" because they lost to many of the "T"s for their sign's letterboard.

Re: 2012 - 2013 Schedules

Think the NESCAC ought to change the web page???

Seeding
Teams will be seeded based on games scheduled in conjunction with ECAC East. The top four seeds will host quarterfinal games with the one seed drawing the 8th seed, the 7th seed will play at the 2nd seed, the 6th seed will play at the 3rd seed, and the 5th seed will play at the 4th seed. The highest remaining seed after quarterfinal action will host both the semifinal and final rounds.

Good to know the interlock is still alive (at least in spirit!)

I think they were scrambling for games (any game) to fill the schedule. Once the dreaded Big Ten Hockey Conference gets going they will have an easier route for scheduling games. Probably won't see Buff State again.
