Definitely could. I went back through, and only twice did everyone pick the same team. In both of those instances, that team won. Of course, there have been several occasions where over 90%+ of us have picked one team, only to see that team lose.

Well done by UncleRay after the Saturday Games, correctly picking 2 of the 4 series that have ended (Yale in 2 with 10 goals, and BU in 2 with 11 goals). UncleRay currently is tied atop the standings for Week 21 with 13 points (along with mar7967).

I thought I would clarify a little something about correct pick % for this week; only the picks for who wins the series will count towards your correct pick %.

With 4 of our 8 series still yet to be decided, a lot can change in the standings between now and this evening, but I was really impressed that somebody got 2 series exactly correct. I did not think that would happen.

I'm confused about the scoring. I thought I had 10 points: team, games, score (2), and bonus for each of the Yale and BU series, no points for the other two that have ended. Not that I'm complaining. If DU had only potted two more to win that game and series last night!

And, darker - can you smell me now? I'm only 1/2 point back!

I believe he is counting the 3 points that you will earn for the series' that are going to the 3rd game.

Not a lot of movement of people changing places. The most movement was SFIS hitting his second perfect pick and extending his already large lead. What could be viewed as a 3-point bonus for picking goals turned into a real game-changer for some. For me, it kept me in the game while I stunk it up picking 3/8 series.

Week 22 Games...

For Week 22, we will be picking each game from the conference tournaments. Semifinal Games will be worth 2 points each, Finals will be worth 4 points each. Quarterfinals and Third Place Games will be worth 1 point each.

So, for example, if you were to correctly pick the WCHA Final Five, you would earn 10 points (2 points (QF) + 4 points (SF) + 4 points (F)). As a result, there will be 43 points total.

Remember, picks must be in Thursday by puck drop of the first game (2:07pm Central Time). For this round, no late picks will be allowed.

*The ECAC 3rd Place Game can end in a tie. DO NOT PICK A TIE! If you pick a tie, you will receive zero points. If a tie occurs, anyone that picked at least ONE of the two teams involved will get 0.5 points. I will infer the two teams picked based on your selections for the semifinal winners. For example, if you pick Yale and Brown to advance to the ECAC Title game, and pick Quinnipiac to win third place, but in reality, Quinnipiac beats Yale for the Title, and Brown and Union tie in the third place game, you would receive 0.5 points because it would be inferred that you had QU and Union in the third place game. Basically, the only two ways you wouldn't receive a point are: 1) if you pick a tie, and 2) if you picked the two third place game contestants to win in the semifinals.
