It depends on the voter. Some people vote strictly based off this season's results. Some people vote based on how good they think the team will be. Others vote with some sort of mix between those two. Do I think Tech is more talented than Duluth or Nebraska Omaha? Probably not. Do I think Tech could beat Duluth or Omaha? Yes, especially at Tech.

I've watched them play three games this year. Yes, I do think they are better than UNO and as good if not better than UMD. They haven't played much on the road yet though, and were swept at BSU when they did, so Top 10 maybe a bit high, but this is a different Tech team.
