You're in a similar situation - rooting for a team who, over the past 5 or 6 seasons, has shown no ability to close out series.

Honestly, I don't care if the Bruins win the Conference Finals (obviously I WANT them to); at this point, I just want them to MAKE the Conference Finals.

I'm not panicking, I just have NO faith in the Bruins right now. This is the 11th game they've played this post-season, and for really the first time, they are looking like the team we watched all regular season. That team won't beat a fired up Flyers team. Maybe they'll come out in one of the next two games and actually play hard like they did in the first three games of this series, but, if they keep playing like this, they are toast.

If the Habs eliminate both Ovechkin and Crosby Bettman will probably relocate them to Winnipeg.

I've never really minded the flyers that much.

Then again, I also think crosby's a great player, pronger is amazing, and don't like the red wings. So I'm in the minority on this board....

Pronger is a cheap shot artist so he fits in with the Flyers. They are the Raiders on the NHL, but I wish they were lousy like the real Raiders.

Pronger is one of, if not the best defensive defensmen in the last 5-10 years.

The only way you can say someone is "the raiders of xxxx league" is if they suck. The raiders are an organizational disaster run by a madman. You can't have a succesful team making a playoff run with good players and use a raider analogy.

I call them the Raiders because the Flyers have always the "Thug" mentality. It's no coincedence that Prison Orange is one of their team colors. :D :D
