The last penalty was legit, but Eaton not getting a penalty earlier was absurd and the holding call on Gill was very weak compared to stuff the Pens got away with consistently through that period.

I don't have a problem if it is called by the ref right away...but if we're going to let the players call penalties, let's just open up the ice and do away with the refs.

I suppose Tom Pyatt would have got the same call after crying to the ref.

Eaton wasn't trying to belt Kostitsyn in the face, it appeared...but he DID belt Kostitsyn in the face. Should have been 2.

Less than consistent officiating that period, I agree.
