2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

When will Tolbert learn that he is not up there to swing at pitches?

Quite a few empty seats in the $$$$$$$$$ area, they all must be trolling for the Cash Cab.

Haha that is funny! :D

He needs to act like Roger Dorn in Major League II...lean into one and then be replaced by a faster player ;)

Gebus are these guys dumb. Because of MNF the Twins had an off day on Monday. Really?
I think he was safe at 1st even if it's not dropped.

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Well that sucked hard all the way around...

Another non-double play and this time it hurt :(

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Anyone else think Swisher is just a tad excited about taking a one-run lead in the 4th inning?

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Duensing gets out of it again with a strike out. The throw beat Cano there by a mile...if it's on target, he's out...

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

The way I look at it is, the Yankees are going to get their runs, the Twins just need to keep them away from big innings, so it doesn't get out of hand. Barring a great start by a Twins starter, the Twins will need to score at least 5-6 runs per game to beat the Yankees.

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 4: I Was Told There Would Be No Math

Christ I like the Yankees (not as much as the Twins obviously) but SHUT UP! There are two teams playing and it is a one run game!

I dont know what Span is even looking at when he is swinging...

Cabrera sobers up a bit and Baby Jesus comes to the plate!

I guess I hadn't been paying much attention so excuse me while I post this: 200 million dollar payroll? Unreal.
