Question before my pick: Is there just an overall champion for this little gig, or is there also a consecutive weeks' winner? I mean you can win it all if you only play for two weeks. Just wondering.

And for my pick:

Let's take St. John's losing to Gustavus Adolphus on Friday.

I think there is an overall winner, but you stop qualifying out of the regular contest at the end of the regular season. The winner will have stayed alive in both brackets with only one miss - the only problem is that newbies like me got a clean slate when we came over. I'm not joe, but I think that's what he said
