If you ever want an argument against evolution, things like this, and mispronouncing 'nuclear' were punchlines on the Simpsons in the '90s, and were used, in complete seriousness, by Republicans in the 2000s, and nobody had a problem with it.
I think my three favorite episodes were Rosebud, Lisa's Braces, and the one with Rodney Dangerfield("Oh, and once I sawr a blimp")
I don't know why, but this always sticks out as one of my favorite quotes:
Bart: Lis, today I am a god.
Lisa: Is that why you're sitting on an ice cream sandwich?
Bart: Eww!
Also:
"You have 30 minutes to move your cube"
"Dough-nuts? I specifically said no ethnic food!"
"His breath reeked of beer and pretzled bread"(Not the funniest, but I use the phrase pretzled bread all the time)
