Good win, Platty. Honestly, I think the turning point was that no-goal for Oswego. It took the steam out of them just enough. Let's hope we can fix things for whoever comes to the Campus Center. I don't want to leave it to the smoke-filled room.

Unless somehow Geneseo gets ranked, Oswego fans should be rooting for geneseo to make the finals by beating Platty, if they get ranked well have a good shot even if we lose to Genny in the finals

Yep -- one bid conference. Every AQ Eastern conference is looking at one bid except the ECAC-E which should get Norwich in (sorry Hobart) if they don't win the conference.

I'm quite happy about how this one panned out in better play from our boys before the final minutes, unlike the last debacle. The waved off goal was mildly fascinating, as there seemed to be little reaction by the Cards players (while the Lakers were quite fanatical about it). Regardless, you don't leave it to the officials to make the game-changing call - they'll screw you 9 times out of 10, so win it without their "help", and don't make that single incident an excuse to lose by.
Hope third time's the charm in two weeks - I expect both parties to be there at the Campus Center for an enjoyable time, regardless of the outcome. As always, Mike, a fine call on WNYO while the Platty athletics video stays muted.

Chances are good that the SUNYAC is a one bid league. The smoke filled phone call will not be kind to either Platts or Oswego.
FWIW, I saw a Plattsburgh team that just plain wanted the game more than Ozzie did.

just started the intermission between games. For those who may not know - Full 20 minute minigame, if still tied, 20 minute sudden death periods until somebody scores.
We're going to the (dreaded) minigame in River Falls - Stevens Point.
