Brockport win 4-2 over Morrisville, so they and Cortland are eliminated. Potsdam is on the outside looking in, but they are still within reach of Brockport <strike>and Fredonia</strike> (unless someone has an update on the game in Buffalo?) for that last playoff spot.

EDIT: Fredonia has the tiebreaker on Potsdam, so it's just between the Bears and the Golden Eagles for that last spot. For Potsdam, it's simple: win and you're in, lose and you're out. Tie and... uhh... H2H, Wins, and H2H total margin are all tied... what's after that? :P

Fredonia lost 4-2. Their path through the playoffs will be @ Buff St. @ Oswego and probably @ Plattsburgh.......... where have I seen that before.....

I really don't want to deal with Freddy in the playoffs. They are well-suited to win one game with their grind-it-out style against a team like Oz.

Not sure what happened. An oopsy goal for stout 3:00 into the third makes it 3-2 SNC

Cards with a 4-1 sleeper over a rather dirty Cortland bunch. Didn't play particularly well, but a win is a win. Word came around the rink pretty early that the Lakers were trouncing Potsdam which sucked the urgency right out of the game. I doubt the players knew, but lots of fans did.

Tomorrow night we need a better game, however meaningless it is. Cards need to create momentum for playoff run. They have won 8 of 9, but the one loss cost them a shot at winning the regular season title tomorrow night. Could be a big confidence boost for either team and looking forward to some good hockey after witnessing some dumb hockey tonight.

Tonight seemed like an eternity at the Massena Arena. Oswego, hats off to a talented bunch of Lakers this evening. The Bears need a win tomorrow to make the playoffs, no excuses from this Bears fan....we got our backsides handed to us for all 3 periods. Oswego called off the horses midway thru the game. Worst Bears defeat I have ever been witness to. Back at it tomorrow!
