Castleton takes care of So Maine, final score 8-1, hat trick for Fabio Klay and again, goalie Muldar had two assists in the second period. Third period turned out to be the cleanest play of all three periods.

M'ville wins on OT, 5-4.

This was one of "those" nights for Hobart...they dominate play all game long, outshooting M'ville 51-25...and lose in OT on a scrum in front of the net. Kudos to the Valiants for hanging on and for taking advantage of their opportunities.

CSS pulls goalie, makes it 3-2 with :35 left,

SNC hangs on to win

so the Saints score in the first and last minutes of the game but SNC's three goals in the 2nd period are the difference

some pushing and shoving at the end - CSS upset that Knight fired a shot at/as/after the final horn sounded

Was that really the reason? Their goalie had been pulled. I totally understand getting upset for a shot on the goalie after the horn; but, all that pushing and shoving for a shot on an empty net?

Could be frustration from losing a close game, too. It happens.
