Re: 12/7/13 - BAGELS! Knights win!! EPHS-JEFFS! and other Sage advice. SCORES!
Now that's what a tie is supposed to look like !! The only team that really benefited from the tie in Oswego was Geneseo. The tie doesn't really hurt the Cards all that much, but it does hurt the Lakers. They now have 2 losses and a tie going forward. Genny has the one loss and Platty has two ties (which equal a loss). That puts the Lakers a loss and a tie behind both of them. They particularly needed to WIN the game tonight.
That said, I think they have a nice team. Once they get more creative and experienced, they'll be a dominant team again. Cards will take the point tonight and ride off with undefeated 1st semester. Good game to watch, I'm not too disappointed. It could've gone either way.....but didn't.

And the streak is over.
Lawrence scores four unanswered goals to take a 5-4 lead. SNC pulls goal with :10.9 left for faceoff in front of LU goal. Can't score. LU players empty the bench.
After losing the first 33 games of the series, Lawrence, behind coach Skudder - a former SNC goalie - gets its first win against SNC. Congrats to them.
