Hosmer nets his 2nd of the game. Tied at 6 piece between Brockport and Morrisville.

Spooner scores gives the Golden Eagles the 7-6. 7 goals now in the 3rd period in Tuttle North Ice Arena. Hosmer heading to the penalty box with 5:18 left in regulation.

Two things I find interesting there: a 5 for highsticking, but no misconduct or DQ, and the fighting major and only a game misconduct, although I think that one is a typo.

And apparently the facemask is an automatic game DQ? Didn't know that.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the facemask is an auto DQ. It could be if it's egregious enough, but I don't think it's automatic.

Pages 67-68 cover facemasking.

If I had to guess, the two that got the DQs were yanking on each other pretty good.
