I betcha it was the school's IT department. Clarkson has the problem that the OIT gang allocates a miserable bandwidth to the video broadcasts and it affects video quality.

And while there will never be another Ducky Drake, Rob (and his nephew ? Robbie) does an excellent job. A times a bit confusing, sort of along the lines of Larry, Darrell and Darrell, but first class nonetheless.
