The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
No, not dumb.
It is playing to the rules in place. Instead of whining about it ad nauseum, get it changed! If you can’t do that, it’s because people are okay with the rules.
Teams in conferences play to be at their best at the end of the season, not the beginning. If the AQ disappeared, teams would play to the best start, not finish, and adapt.
Each conference picks how to proceed, so worry about just getting the conference you support to change.
much better effort tonight, and a somewhat surprising second place finish. Looks like the reward for that is facing Elmira again. Winnable for sure, but coming out like today, and it yesterday, is a must.
Hobart gets the team that handed them a loss…..
A disappointing outcome to be sure. Falling to fourth , rather than third means they’ll face Hobart sooner, a bad matchup for them.
They just seemed unprepared again and kind of lackluster. Another early goal given up, and then the offense can’t seem to get going.
They have a chance today to...
Another new year, with some new faces (on offense). This is a year of change, but will it be for the better?
I renewed my seats again, to see the new format/teams.
And-Congrats to Mike on his "Legends of Norwich" Lifetime Achievement Award!
New Season, Lots of new faces, on the team, as the AD, and the whole Sports Info staff........
Covid has taken a step back, a whole new host of shortages! Will Sticks be hard to come by? Pucks? (T.I.C.)
It's the start of a new season and a new team. With all the incoming freshmen, how will the season go?
With so many new faces, it was hard to tell who half the team was. But there were some notably performances last night. One thing you can see is this may be the quickest team of forwards...
Ok, it is partly about ice. And snow. And heat, etc.
While they aren't going head to head, there ARE only three DIII schools in the competition. Amazingly, two are from Vermont, competing against some major D1 universities, and teams representing other countries.
You can track the competition...
I posted it on the men's side also.

This year it was Igor Martinez who won the award. Congratulations to Igor on his SECOND award in 3 years, a great accomplishment for him.

Last season is over, looking back the end results were loth more satisfying than they looked early on in the season, and also disappointing that the title game wasn't achieved.
It's time for a fresh season. We know who is leaving, and who we expect to return. The regular season will have a new...
