    Ended up in the front row for tonight's game It's a concert venue built by a concert promoter that's hosting hockey for two weeks. The other venue is s convention center hosting hockey for two weeks. There certainly have been issues at both rinks for fans. No toilet paper in a big section...

    To be fair, I haven't been anywhere near the Canadian events so my interactions have been with people either at bars or at US games. I've attended enough World Jrs and World Championships to know there are a lot of "passionate" Canadian fans

    Latvia beats germany which means the US has a very easy path to bye into the QF. Win tonight, especially by multiple goals, and they've locked up the #1 spot in group C.

    For all the bitching the north American media made about the hockey venue, every bit of feedback has been that it's a standard European venue that is designed as a concert venue but it's hosting a hockey tournament and doing that quite well.
