The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Again… uneducated.and no clue how things work.
Personalities, chemistry and one persons opinion every time leaves deserving / more deserving players at home. All the time and every time
Yes she will…. She plays hard and fits the role the coach has for her.
Is she better and more deserving … NO.
So many hidden factors go in to selecting any team… the pieces need to fit and fit under coaches thoughts.
Top 6 is a line chart measurement.
There will be major contributions from...
Love the uneducated enthusiasm.. Janecke is NOT the offensive player as O’Brien or several of the current Badgers.
She’s very good but would need to be setting the world on fire in that bad conference to be “Generational”
Harvey is shattering records as did O’Brien while playing in the best...
Ian Kennedy is the perfect example of “Any coverage is better than no coverage”
He copies and pastes like a mad man and his opinions are often very uneducated and down right ridiculous.
It will come down to Eden vs Zumwinkle…. And unfortunately I don’t think Eden gets in.
Funny that the talking head geniuses during their intermission segment picking the teams didn’t have Joy Dunne making it.
That’s the most ridiculous exclusion ever. Even though she is slow as molasses she...
Janecke… another falsely anointed one.
Plays in a crap conference against crap teams and yet is not putting up truly eye popping numbers.
She’s good… but for her coach to call her a “Generational” player ??? Please.
It had absolutely nothing to do with injuries…. It was a direct result of USA Hockey putting this stupid idea in her head… Wisconsin bowed to it until it was blatantly obvious she can’t play there against good teams and help the cause.
Wisconsin by far will be the best to weather the Olympic storm.. Ohio State and Minnesota without their “Best” players are merely mortal and Ohio State is severely shorthanded to begin with. You take out Dunne, Svennson, Jungaker and Raunio and you have not much left in numbers let alone talent...
Again, the other teams are also losing their top scorers and have nowhere near the depth of the Badgers… plus there is a top point getter that is FAR from a lock and closer to not making the Olympic roster.
