After one at Vermont, Penn State is up 2-0 on goals from Grace Outwater and Maddy Christian. Shots on goal are just 8-2 for Penn State, and Vermont took the only penalty. It wasn't the usual 100 MPH from Penn State, but they're definitely in charge of the game thus far.- ZedLeppellin

That first St. Lawrence goal I think was scored by Tessa Janecke - the initial shot was saved, and the short rebound came out, and it looked like Janecke was trying to just tap it back to DeSa to cover it up, but oops...DeSa wasn't expecting that.- ZedLeppellin

Delaware is lucky to have Allison Coomey at head coach to start their D-1 program, with all her experience at Penn State and Team USA (and BU).
