The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
No if, ands, or buts...The tunnelers are going to get destroyed. The tunnelers have no firepower. The only thing I have to look forward to is seeing the bloodbath poorly through bad camera work and netting...
It is amazing how many penalties slOwSU has committed that have not been called. I guess one has been called with a little under 8 minutes remaining in the 3rd...
wait you can challenge a penalty called?
This is the rub with the current staff in place. They have a large facilities advantage over the yuckers. They also sit right in the heart of the best girls high school hockey in the Unitied States. With those advantages how the frick did this program fall behind both slOwSU and the sinners...
Last night, Molly Jordan scores an overtime winner for the tunnelers in their game with the sinners, She has been a very nice addition to the tunneler lineup and you understand her decision to go and play for one of the top teams in the WCHA, which is the strongest league competition wise...
I think if you look further into the stats and go down the list you see a lot of WCHA recruits, specifically of the top three teams. Bodes well for them...Not so much for others.
Gotta say #18 has played very well lately and has seemingly cut down on some of the nonsense. Still feisty but less of the cement head stuff. Certainly has put of a number of highlight reel plays together so far in 2026.

FWIW...Of the top ten scorers in the current IIHF U18 Tournament after semifinal action today, 6 are WCHA recruits with the tunnelers leading the way with 4.
Tunnelers 4
Pennyante State 2
Yuckeyes 1
Sinners 1
Princeton 1
UConn 1
The lumberjills trying to run and gun with the tunnelers today...So far they have kept the tunnelers under double digits only being down 9-0 in the 2nd period.
I think that is the point. We as a collective (the "17") do very well with what we are mostly here for and that is women's college hockey and more in general women's sports
There was the talk of women's volleyball that was objected to, I believe, in the sinners thread. I have no issue with that myself but bringing this politically charged topic on this forum I do object to...
It's a win for the tunnelers but that is about all I can say other than there was a brutal no call on Mansucko player who should have been tossed for putting Bella Fanale's head in the boards.
Pennyante State has had a bit of a rough stretch now that their schedule got more difficult. It will be to their benefit to have played some difficult competition come playoff time, however.
