I watched the game on ESPN+ and I also thought the Hawks had plenty of chances. They just need to convert them. The team is also taking too many penalties. Another major last night. I believe that was the 3rd in the last 4 games. The passing also needs to improve.

Union 4-0 after the 1st. Ugly start. Union scores 3 goals in the first 5 minutes of the game. The Hawks gave up a SHG and 2 PPGs including a 5 on 3. Lots of penalties at the end of the period.

Neutral Zone is showing '05 Swedish defenseman Edvin Nilsson as a Lowell recruit. Edvin is currently playing for Vernon (BCHL) and has a 4.0 NZ rating. I haven't found any other information on his commitment. The Heisenberg site has him as a UMass recruit. According to the latest...
