    I don't think this is a flip. He got cut from multiple NAHL teams and an NCDC team at the beginning of the year. UConn's tweet even says he's going there to be the third goalie. I'd be shocked if he ever gets meaningful ice time there.

    This is probably the entry that makes the most sense so far. There was never going to be a path to ice time for Maguire with Lemieux, Klassek, Ozolins, and Adrian all on the left side that are better than him. The blue line has a lot of talent if Lang can keep those freshman committed

    Yeah this is very true. We just need to field a team on the ice this fall. Perhaps I was too optimistic thinking we could get some more difference makers right away. The recruiting class for next year when he has more time will be much more important.

    I also think that given how tight the ECAC is in the middle and bottom that home ice is within the realm of possibility. Even this year, two more wins would have propelled us from 10th to 8th. That being said, I'm withholding from any predictions until the roster is finalized
