The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
correct me if I'm wrong but we should have quite a few flags next year. USA Canada Sweden Latvia Austria Slovenia for the men's side by my count. Then, I believe the women add Germany and Czechia but not sure about any others
Probably couldn't get admitted to the school. Someone who has been at 3 colleges in 3 years probably doesn't have too great a transcript. Also RPI doesn't allow incoming seniors as transfers. You have to spend at least 2 years at RPI to get a degree there. So Clark's options were either that...
Outen had a good year but a weird career before. Rancier was good at Mankato but not at UVM, so maybe he's okay? Bruveris is weird because his numbers at Miami were terrible but Miami was also terrible, and he was solid in the USHL. I agree I don't really like them but for 1-2 year options, I...
I still think Krawchuk will be really good but yeah it's best to combine him with an older player and let them battle it out.
I have a conspiracy theory that we are getting Chase Clark but it's not public yet because he needs to take extra classes to graduate over the summer in order to get...
I don't think this is a flip. He got cut from multiple NAHL teams and an NCDC team at the beginning of the year. UConn's tweet even says he's going there to be the third goalie. I'd be shocked if he ever gets meaningful ice time there.
I can also say the same. Transfers are always challenging as many credits don't transfer from other places if they're not good academically or have fluff classes
This is probably the entry that makes the most sense so far. There was never going to be a path to ice time for Maguire with Lemieux, Klassek, Ozolins, and Adrian all on the left side that are better than him. The blue line has a lot of talent if Lang can keep those freshman committed
Yeah this is very true. We just need to field a team on the ice this fall. Perhaps I was too optimistic thinking we could get some more difference makers right away. The recruiting class for next year when he has more time will be much more important.
