All three PWHL final games have gone to OT, with today’s going to 3OT. Katy Knoll scores against her former teammate to get the Frost a 2-1 series lead. Game 4 on Memorial Day in St. Paul.

Frost go back-to-back with a series that I think exemplified the importance of having a good fourth line extremely well.

Because the IIHF wants to be able to collect that oligarch sponsorship money when Russia eventually comes back.
Edit: It also gets worse because now Russia will receive first place points for the Olympics and the next World Championships.

Hope the Frost had fun with the goaltending tandem because they're almost certainly losing one to the expansion draft.

Not sure how much that bums them out, goaltending wasn’t really their strong suit this season overall. Maybe protect Maddie though with the never losing in the postseason thing.
