    As mentioned in the other Wisco thread, Blake Montgomery signed with the Ottawa Senators (assigned to the Belleville Senators) so another spot to fill. Seems like a dumb move - he needs to get bigger/stronger and is gonna get eaten up at the next level, even in the AHL.

    This does suck and makes zero sense. Monty looked good when he got some space and was able to skate but he wasn't strong on the puck and got knocked around too easily. He needs to mature and add weight/strength and will get eaten alive at the next level until that happens. Sounds like Poirier...

    I watched the game in a bar so I couldn’t hear the announcers but during then NoDak game Cohen did say that Hastings is a coach that he would want his kid to play for which I think is as about as positive a comment that an announcer can make.
