    Man I'd love to see Pavs be the assistant, feel like it would absolutely draw point production. But I dont want it to be like D Granato with a one and done. We'll see.

    I have no data outside of the eye test, but I feel like there is almost no movement east to west, traditionally speaking, maybe high end HE to NCHC/BIG the exception.

    Scarfone, Hayton....I think with only one exception, bringing in a G from AHA, CCHA, or non top-tier ECHC teams is not a winning move. Those leagues now just dont face the offensive talent that exists in BIG, NCHC or HE and play D heavy systems that protect goalies.

    Yup, it's been sad on the point producing side of the house with exception to 1 player every 4 or 5 yrs. We really do need serious point producing depth to be consistently competitive in the BIG and on the national stage, I feel the staff knows that.

    Im not gonna say it is huge, but goodness, I love it. College Puck NXT has it up. We just need point producers badly. Whatever Hasty is selling, kids are buying. EDit: And Id like to add, there is now way he is even engaged unless the coaching staff had him ID'd as a 2 way 200 ft player already.

    I think, based on the timeline, the fact the portal has been open for just 3 days, and the team just gpt back to business on Mon, the coaches are probably engaging their targets, having discussions amongst themselves, and then going to have conversations with players over the next couple days...

    I still am kinda dumbfounded as to why the NCAA had ECAC refs for this game. They were atrocious. Outside of Cornell/Q-Pac, I don't think there's a single ECAC team that can play at the level of Big10/NCHC/Hockey East. Why not HE refs? At least they know fast paced/hard play with the likes of...

    Wiebusch also out at PSU and in the portal. I don't expect him to sign with Wisconsin, but he clearly saw the writing on the wall at PSU. That's a lot of points leaving, 69 through sophomore year.
