Future D3 (and D2) hockey programs

As quite possibly the only AIC hockey fan, I do still follow them on Facebook. They have been posting commitments and have a good coach. Patrick Tabb, who was a volunteer(I could be wrong on this) coach for the team for a number of years. I probably will not go to a game for a number of...

    NESCAC 2025-2026: Don't Call it a Comeback

Well, I was kind of right on things. So weird to see Williams, whom I saw look milk toast opening weekend up in Maine, to showing moments of competency.... To winning the NESCAC tourney. I don't know if I'm right or wrong, but it seems like the coach has found the style that works with the...

    NESCAC 2025-2026: Don't Call it a Comeback

Watched the Middlebury game online, the Hamilton game and during intermissions, the Williams game. I caught the Middlebury game vs Williams a few weeks ago. The problem with Middlebury to my eyes is that they have no finishers. They put quantity shots on Williams and Wesleyan but not...

    NESCAC 2025-2026: Don't Call it a Comeback

I was at both Williams College games. (finally got to Colby and Bowdoin) Williams skates good, but no finishing power anywhere in the lineup, at least on this weekend. Colby had good D and didn't allow really any good shots for Williams in the first game. Once Colby broke through in the 3rd...

U of Toledo's club hockey team reported they won 2-1 over Hiram. I watched the end of the Keene St vs MCLA and MCLA won in OT.

Interesting that on MCLA's schedule, Hirams dates are now listed as TBA. Though Hiram did add Salve Regina (TBD location) on their schedule.

Western New England. https://wnegoldenbears.com/sports/mens-ice-hockey/schedule They could get away with only 3 hotel nights. They only have 4 OOC and two could end up being vs North Adams State., I thought others in the CNE had 5, (just checked, UNE has 7, so Western could play Salve a...

Colby https://colbyathletics.com/sports/mhockey/schedule And if anyone cared that much, you could prob figure out the rest of the conference play. They seem to be keeping the same teams, same weeks, but switching home and away.

    25-26 Schedules

Something is strange with Hiram's schedule. They got Club Toledo at home Oct 24 at 9:40 pm and then supposedly the next day in Reading, Penna to play Alvernia at 4 pm. That is a 6 hour trip. Seems intense for a college team.
