The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Coach Taylor is looking for goalies to replace the awesome combination of Beaver/ Goyer and found Florian Wade from the NAHL in Rochester who has committed to Hobart. 6'4" lefty.
It was a great run winning 3 in a row and ending 2026 as runner up in an OT Thriller. Time to thank the outgoing Seniors and prepare for another Championship run, GOBART!
It was a great run of Championship wins for the Statesmen, but its time to accept that the streak is over . It is time to set up a new thread where the term reigning or repeat Champ is no longer used . Congrats to Hamilton for their Championship, and make no mistake, Hobart will be gunning for...
Congrats UCBadger and thanks for running this. I came so close, just like my team. At the last minute I changed my semi-final pick to Hamilton from Aurora after consulting my 8 Ball to stay in it......but I just couldn't ask the 8 Ball for the final pick.
Six members of the Hobart Hockey team were named to the All-USCHO teams The Statesmen's six selections were the most by any team.
Seniors Damon Beaver and Kahlil Fontana and junior Conor Lally earned first team recognition. This is the fourth straight year that a Statesman has been named to...
Beaver and Goyer were both great goalies It's sad to think Beaver won't be in net next year, what a humble and gifted athlete.I'm sure Taylor has been very active in his recruiting activities as well as pumping up all of the returning athletes. The first goal iwill be simply to win the SUNYAC...
Boy did that sting. So close to four in a row. Congrats to Hamilton, we know the feeling of euphoria the last three years. The irony is the pipe was our friend last year in OT, and the pipe was our foe last night preventing a 2-1 go ahead goal and a possible four peat .
Congrats to the Senior...
No issues getting tickets. I bought early and then bought additional tix in Hobart allotment. to be among the friendlies. Looks like very few tix left. There is a Hobart pre game gathering at Saranac Brewery(Hobart grad family are owners) . I'm thinking Hamilton will benefit from the proximity ...
How many of the early sold tickets are Utica fans that bought weekend tix? Will they show up and who will they root for? In any case it should be exciting
Hobart does not dominate good teams. Hobart out works them, wears them down and converts on mistakes. Hamilton can win this game if they persevere, no doubt, they have the skill, but do they have the will?
One more to go after a 4-2 win tonight to go 30-0.. The Stout goalie and team were very skilled, total respect for a great effort.Beaver was crazy good on the first man down and keeping the puck out of the net. This game felt like each team was poking the puck out of the others sticks the whole...
Looking forward to two great East vs. West matchups tonight. Pretty much a home game for Hamilton . Hobart has some positive feelings from last year in the building. The Stout frosh goalie is looking to steal one from Beaver and Aurora looks very strong for a FF rookie. Let's Go.
