Expect one of them to be Imola, possibly even the finale, despite concerns about weather that time of year.
Portimao is out, from what I read. They are doing some major construction of the track's infrastructure, and they said they don't want to interrupt it, as they want to get it done before winter. I guess there are some contracts for next season that would be in jeopardy if it's not done.
I don't know who else they can get, as doubling up possibilities at Las Vegas or Baku, which was discussed, proved to not be viable. Though, if they add Imola, that gets them to 22 if the final Middle Eastern races get cancelled, now that

According to The-Race, this is the reason Portimao will not be considered this year (I completely forgot they are back on the calendar in 2027): "While Portimao in Portugal would make a lot of sense, especially because snow there would be unlikely, it may not be able to accommodate a race without compromising works being done for its proper F1 return in 2027."
They also said if Imola is a sub, it will definitely be the season finale. Stefano admitted weather could be a concern, but historically he said it could be warmer than Las Vegas.
Meanwhile, the 2027 calendar won't be made public until Autumn, and even then, they will have a Plan B set well ahead of time, so they can make switches quickly.

Well they kinda have to make those changes pretty quickly in the fall as Bahrain was scheduled to be the opener (and home to testing two weeks prior as well) followed by Saudi Arabia. Australia is slotted third (tentatively) for April 2-4.

The Race did an article about how things need to be decided very quickly for a LOT of reasons. Too bad they didn’t directly blame the person responsible for this mess.

The deciding factor is tires. Pirelli needs seven weeks notice to ship tires to a race venue, longer than anyone else's shipping schedule. So, that's the time period they are working with concerning Bahrain as a season opener. And remember, this time they are prepared unlike a few months ago.
Testing can easily flip to Barcelona if need be.

Yeah ... that's weird.
From the outside, it didn't appear anything was wrong with Cadillac. In fact, for the most part, their performance overall is okay for a first year team. Nothing to get too upset about.

Very odd- I keep seeing that they have some significant upgrades to speed them up. From being better than what was expected.

Sounds like Mitch may be on to something as Dan Towress has been making the rounds declaring that it was his decision, and not mutual. Says this move was to push Cadillac into the next stage.
So either Graeme Lowdon hit is technical capabilities with the company (he did say at Monoco that he has an "incredibly narrow skill set" better suited to start-up and not running a team) or there's more at play.

Last I saw, I believe it was in an Instagram video just before the break, from Bottas and Checo who both said to temper expectations because the team had started to focus on the 2027 car, and any further updates would be minor.
Was really hoping some Ferrari PU upgrades would make their way to the customer teams.

But it may not make a difference with Cadillac if they aren't spending any more money on chassis development.
