I mean, we all called it when Noem said there were 65 Million "Illegals" in the US, but that number only matched the entire Latino population of the US. We were told we were being hyperbolic.

Handy and jj can both be right at the same time, unfortunately. There's probably no way out of this without lead getting slung, even if that's what Dump and Bald Goebbels want. That may not happen in MSP, but it will happen somewhere eventually now that anyone with serious "skin in the game" can see how ICE is playing it.

Well, there’s a reason why they’ve been doing this shit in “passive”, predominantly white cities in blue states like Minneapolis and Portland. They’re a scared bunch of pansies. The fact that they won’t even try this BS in Seattle, where there’s multiple massive military installation less than a hundred miles away, should tell you something.
 
Oh sure, they're slow-rolling against softer targets. Seeing what works and what doesn't, given how incompetent most of their recent hires are.

When they do show up in Dearborn, even though Gretchen will be at the "Welcome Heroes" table with coffee and cookies, maybe Tlaib will be the first D Congresshuman to get arrested by ICE. Oh the irony...
 
Dont get me wrong, I dont think we get out of this without a major fight...I am just saying random Wine Mom shooting ICE or a bunch of hunters going to yown wont help and will likely hurt the fight. No state can stand on its own cause likely 40% at a minimum think the government is right. And the government has the military, the men and the money. We will get destroyed...

If Civil War is coming then we need a plan. Acting like Meal Team 6 aint a winning strategy and will get thousands killed.
 
We can't take on the tanks and the heaviest end of the military, but that won't be at every door and on every corner. I wish the entirety of the left could be convinced of how important an armed citizenry actually is in this country. The right wing nut jobs and the militias never really had a lot to worry about. Good government was never going to come after them in any meaningful way. I mean think about it, we allow people to buy assault rifles for crying out loud and we cut funding for public schools, libraries and healthcare. The MAGAts were always safe. We should have shot and killed every last Ashli Babbit we could have on January 6, 2021, but we didn't because the MAGAts have nothing to fear from government The people on this forum are the ones who should have been worried and preparing accordingly for the day when we knew for sure that there was no way a political solution was going to appear.
 
I wish people werent so blase about taking up arms against the largest military in the world...or pretending if every Lib has a gun that would somehow make it easier. Lightly trained Libs with guns arent beating a unit of trained soldiers. You guys need to live in the 21st century. Fuck they could literally just drone us from a distance...

They dont need tanks in every city...just enough to scare the crap out of everyone else. You dont need a doctorate or training at West Point to know that.

The United States isnt set up to fight the type of war you guys seem to be hinting at. And it doesnt matter where it starts because every state will be at war with itself and everyone else. Hard to have alliamces with the current set up. If there is popular resistance you are talking years of sustained fighting. That is untenable even if we had a military on our side which we 100% do not.

But hey any of you champing at the bit to fight...go for it. Stop pontificating, find some buddies, go to a surplus store and get things going. Organize it. Maybe in 2 years you will have enough people to fight in one small city.

I know it sounds like I am being a dick...and maybe I am...but once we legit take up arms the gloves come off and until we have an organized resistance and trained fighters with tactical abilities (likely foreign) you are just The British Generals in WWI walking whole units right at machine guns. I cant just pretend thousands or millions of dead is something to strive for. Especially our people.
