You know Bradly has lost his mojo when he fans on a shot from the dot

I keep saying, he needs to change ....getting old and teams are defending and basically taking his game away from him....still would like to see him at the point on the power-play.

Boija is at .944 save percentage and a 1.28 gaa. I’m not sure funny is the right word… but it would be something if he backstops Maine to a good season and winds up getting rookie of the year for Maine instead of one of the Nadeau’s.

Let's see what tomorrow brings. PC had tons of good sticks on the ice but they were also getting a large share of puck luck bounces. Maine needs to do get out to a fast start again tomorrow. Crowd was fantastic

Boija should have gotten all three stars tonight if you ask me.

They played a great first half, got up 2-0 and PC just took it to Maine from then on. Kind of a miserable game to watch that Maine is very fortunate to have won. Exactly the type of game I would have expected from PC but they just couldn’t solve Boija.

Happy for Calafiore getting his first collegiate goal. He’s a fun little player to watch.

I dont know how the boys won that, providence a much more overall talented team. Good to see they did, show a fancy azz school like PC that you come up here the maine boys are hard workers.
I think maine might get their buts handed to them tomorrow though.

Boija needs to start tomorrow and be rewarded for a great game. He could be one of the best d1 goalies in the future, Hopefully Barr leads him on that path and develops his potential, above Victor unfortunately.

Good game by Renwick, Poisson and Trudeau - good strong physical games by the big guys. Breen in a big time slump lately his game is off.

I wouldn't predict ROTY (doesn't really matter) but he's clearly the better goalie of the two.

A blind man could see that much.

The beginning of the third was ugly, for sure, but I dont really think that was a game Maine was "lucky" to win, per se. I thought they played a really solid game for the most part, and like Wally said they got better in the second half of the third. I think who the goaltender is tomorrow night will show how they will play the rest of the season, if it's Ostman they will probably try a rotation, but if it's Boija again I expect to see him the rest of the way (except maybe for senior night if there isn't seeding on the line). I think Bradly's age and inexperience is a big part of why he's gone "cold", but I think he will get hot before the end of the year. Josh is a stud and I think he's been the best forward on the team for a while now. Really big game tomorrow, if Maine can win it will nearly lock them into a bye and then hole game, and winning would also preserve at least a plausible chance of breaking into the top two seeds since they have games in hand.

Lmfao “fancy azz school”, spoken like a fanbase of a school with a 97% acceptance rate

You have your opinion, but PC is not a more talented team then Maine. They played the game they had to...to stay with Maine...play physical/and make Maine dump and chase...and kudos to them for achieving that for 75% of the game. Maine has to adapt to other teams style of play. But one thing is for sure if Maine scores first and adds to the lead that will make PC have to open up...a type of game they don't want to get into with Maine...up-tempo fast pace hockey....tonight's game will most likely look like last night if PC can keep Maine from skating....thinking Bojia starts again.

This is exactly right. PC is a good team, but they are more of a "lunch bucket" group when they play their game right are hard to beat.

I was there and I can tell you they played a PERFECT road game last night. Sticks in passing lanes, clogging up the middle, one guy gets the puck three defenders converge on him, lots of good puck bounces their way, sagging back and blocking shots (one of Maine's lowest shot outputs of the season)..that is very hard to do two games in a row. Maine could blow them out tonight if they go up 2 to 0 or 3 to 0 because PC will not be able to play this style from behind.

Great win last night. Crowd was electric. Going again tonight.

It has to be Boija, right?

Totally agree Ostman would’ve flopped around and let in 2-3 more.

If Bradly and Breen get out of their slumps in time for the post season, on top of gritty wins, they could blow past teams.

What a game last night, Boija was the difference. I’d expect to see him again tonight.

Even bigger game tonight. Maine can put the nail in the coffin of Providence catching them in Hockey East. Win in regulation puts Maine 8 points up with a game in hand and Providence still has to play BU 3 times.

100% agree

PC is very well-coached, but when Yoder snd Nick P are their most talented guys…I could not consider them more talented than Maine

pc has bern winning very low scoring games being carried by a very talented goalie

Win tonight would be big in putting distance from the 4th & 5th place teams in Hockey East...but the task in hand is to come out flying and put them in the hole from the get-go....they are a team that being behind by 2 goals could be hard to comeback....but this team I have faith in as they work hard and never quit...the Barr influence is evident...

Looks like Boija in net again. Same line up as last night except the extra skater was Hopkins last night and tonight it is Dalton.
