Congrats to Notre Dame. They definitely deserved it, and played really well. They were clearly ready for everything Clemson threw at them.

Hopefully we get a rematch in a month or so with Lawrence at the helm.

Notre Dame has ended 3 of the longest win streaks in FBS history. Also ended the longest win streak in ncaa basketball history.
 
Being Notre Dame means you’ve permanently sacrificed the option to ever rush the field. For any win. Ever.

Its just a general rule. If your local airport shuts down a runway to use as overflow parking for private jets that come in just for the football game, you don’t get to rush the field. And certainly not when you’re a top five team.

I disagree with your general rule for undergrads. Undergrads can always rush the field, in any sport. You have only 4 years, and you are clueless about everything before you. It is your time.

No argument on the pandemic, and I could not help noticing less than a third of the students were wearing masks at all, and of those very few were wearing them correctly.

It was like watching Kavanaugh roofy Barrett. It's dumb, it's gross, it's rape, and she'll blame herself the next day and think of him as manly for it.

Those kids are not smart human beings.

And neither are the Notre Dame students.

Nope. It’s notre dame. I don’t make the rules.

It’s a right forfeited given the baked in advantages. Clearly it’s no different than Minnesota hockey. We don’t get to rush the ice.
