You really are something else. I get that you're butt buddies with Appert, but it's been 5 years now. Get over it and buy some Amerks gear or something
Wow your response is way too long for me, I only got to the first sentence and then stopped. Pushing out (v) - To facilitate the exit of a student athlete who believed enough in your program to sign up to play for it. The aforementioned Student Athlete goes onto find sucess with another program going so far as to win a regular season championship as a starter and also gaining All Tourney Honors en route to winning the Conference Championship.
You should talk. Being Dave's stenographer must be tough. I won't report you to the admin of this website because I'm not into cancel culture. Send my best to Dave.
I'm sorry that you don't have enough respect for your fellow posters to read their responses. So, let me make it simple for you. Calvaruso was brought in for 2 years at a first class academic institution. He stayed for 2 years. 2=2. No "push out." How he performed later really isn't relevant.
I present facts and logic, and then you ignore them all, point out one sentence that fits your narrative and say nothing else about it. So I'm calling it like it is because clearly you don't accept any new information, don't even see what there would be to report to the admin. Be well and let's go red
Wow, you got personal with me really quick. Do YOU have a personal stake in this matter![]()

?
Wow, you are serious man. You have no idea there was no "push out". Zero. Unless you're a family member, staff member or a spouse of the staff. I had a parent reach out to me and that's how I reported it. I was of the opinion that the admin should have signed Dave before the year started to a 1yr ext. to make up for Covid year. They didn't. It was the right thing to do but now we are where we are. The program needs to be evaluated now and I don't think it is as rosy as you portray. My opinion is different and it's still America and it's ok. The name calling and personal attacks are really quite unbecoming. NAFTA whatever and the other dude hurt their position with it and in the case of the latter poster was somewhat homophobic. To be clear, I am not accusing you of this. A NY Supreme Court Justice whom, I once worked for said to me along the way, "There's your side, there's there side (really bad grammar) and the truth lies somewhere in between." So let's honor the diversity of opinion, not everything is black and white. I'll give you the last word (I'm sure you'll take it). Stay safe and be well.
I got personal by simply stating a fact? The majority of the folks on here just want a simple discussion in in relation to RPI hockey.
SA has been gone long enough for everyone to move on with life. No need to keep beating a dead horse.
Makes sense. I heard she was shooting to have more years than the great George Low. I not sure if she got there.
Huh? I didn't follow this back to see what caused it, but George Low was president only for 8 years.
I was speaking to the current status of the Coach of RPI Hockey team in my posts. Is this not RPI Hockey related and then you brought up Seth. Why? I only mentioned Seth when a poster brought up the topic to me. They did so because they knew I did a project to benefit special needs persons (like my children) with him. Some like Wicked, David N and others here were very supportive of the effort by their kind words and actions during that project but disagreed with me about this subject in a respectful manner. They didn't take a shot at me about living in the past because Seth and I became friendly during the course of this project. Quite shameful actually on your part. At least you didn't accuse me of being "butt buddies" with Seth. Shameful, absolutely shameful.
Huh? I didn't follow this back to see what caused it, but George Low was president only for 8 years.
I don't want to adjudicate Seth
FYI NAFTA. I addressed when it was brought up to me. Maybe you should move on.
I began to think she was shooting for Palmer Ricketts. I am not sure, but perhaps I was a freshman during his stint at RPI. Personally I think we need term limits (on just about anyone in any position)
I have, the second SA got fired.
