They have had her in this lane since day one and she has been splendid. Benny's a nice guy and all but he's not the person you want doing that job. And of course it is more credible coming from inside the GOP itself.

It's up to the DOJ. They have enough to put Dump and a half dozen or more high ranking Republicans in federal prison for the rest of their lives, and they must to save democracy. The Court is a whole different problem, as is Jim Crow 2 and the all but formal declaration of a violent civil disorder but the Small Peen Brigade. But first thing's first: put the leaders of the Beer Belly Putsch in prison.
 
The entire response is "nuh uh!" and unfortunately, that's enough for millions.

Don't pin your fake quotes on me just because you're still bitter I was mean to you last week.

You go back and look. I said on January 6, and the days that followed, anyone that you can prosecute for January 6 should be prosecuted, to the fullest extent of the law.

Now, do I think Garland is going to prosecute Trump? Nope. I don't think Biden wants him to, but that's just my personal speculation. But if they do, it won't bother me in the least. In fact, it'll be quite the spectacle.
 
If anything at all they all must be prosecuted for threatening witnesses. We have no Republic. No Democracy. No law whatsoever if we allow that to go unpunished.
