Lmao. I love that they hung RICO charges on all of them. Someone will get a good lawyer and strongly strongly advise them to flip. I sure as **** wouldn't want a RICO sentence.

Noted pro-child slavery and pro-infant cancer defender Neal Katyal said that the most likely reason you'd have unindicted coconspirators in a RICO case is if they flipped.

Dr. Mrs. points out, unlike federal charges, Dump can't tell would-be flippers "protect me and I'll pardon you."

18 co-conspirators?!

I'm super glad to finally see Sidney Powell listed.

I wonder if Republicans have figured out why Trump has been indicted 4 times and Hunter Biden is still walking free after 5 years of investigations, part of which were under the Barr leadership at DOJ. Or why Hillary Clinton has never been indicted.

I mean, they can continue to believe in conspiracy if they want to but it's really not getting them anywhere.

Judging by what I saw re-posted on Threads and Twitter last night, no, they do not. They all feel that sleepy Joe Biden who couldn't find his way out of a wet paper bag is some deep state mastermind who is rounding up his political opponents and going to execute them personally.

They won't accept the K.I.S.S. reason: the "leader" of the GOP is a fake and fraud and finally getting caught up in his own mess.

Party of "take personal responsibility," *scoff*.

...especially her, and Jenna Ellis. Poor Jenna, she gets farted on AND indicted...bwahahaha

The way I see it, they have to real choices to see this situation. Both of which are bad for the right wing. (I've taunted chucky with this enough to not post it)

aparch- along with the "personal responsibility" party, the "law and order" party. They hammer when these laws are ignored in other countries, but not here?

I thought I read somewhere that the GA governor can't pardon unless a ton of conditions are met.

Georgia had a Klansman Governor back in the 20's or 30's that turned out to also be horrendously corrupt so after he left office they stripped the Governor's pardon powers so it wouldn't happen again. It's decided by a board and you can't ask for five years. Also, there's this

Weismann explained that due to Georgia's law on criminal bail, Trump would have to prove that he poses no flight risk, risk of witness intimidation, or risk of committing another crime before he is released on bail. The statute specifically states that the defendant can only be released on bail if they pose "no significant risk of intimidating witnesses or otherwise obstructing the administration of justice."

This issue with the right not being able to "see" what is going on dovetails nicely with Covid. They really are just dumb, and willfully blind.

I mean, i'd love it if he were denied bail, but we both know the laws don't apply to the wealthy.
