Seriously Drew, why do we have to talk to them? Them, who wear shirts telling us "fuck your feelings", claim that we're sex traffickers and pedophiles, Communists and terrorists, talk openly about one day having to take up arms against us and kill us off.

But its on us to better understand them. What you don't get, is we understand them perfectly. The question is, why don't you?

I no longer feel sorry for anyone dying of COVID who could have been vaccinated. We’ve literally had the total rule book on how to deal with it for over a year, yet people ignore it at their own peril.

You’re helping my argument. What we see now is what years and years of segregation economically has brought. If we had more mixing amongst the classes surely that would help people not be such massive knuckleheads.

You don't understand. They don't want to integrate with us. They see us as the enemy they must eliminate, so they can achieve the success that we're holding them down from.

Why don't you go to them with your brilliant idea. See what they tell you.

BTW, we're not segregating them economically. they're doing it to themselves, by continuing to vote against their self-interests. And you know why they do that? To own the libs.

I guess I view them more as misguided, victims of circumstance than anything else. It kills me to see us so much more divided versus where we were in the 90’s too.
 
Victims of circumstance? They choose to segregate, they choose to vote against their own self interests, they choose to hate everyone who dares think or look different than them. They think they are the hero of their story and we are the enemies at the gate and they have thought that way since 9/11. they aren't victims, they are fucking terrorists.

They aren't misguided, they are fucked in the head and we spent way too much time fucking lowering the country and the discourse to their level in the hopes of keeping them from going off the reservation. We offer them education they spit in our face. We offer them better roads and stronger forms of communication and they use it to threaten us. We give them access to real medical insurance and they call us traitors. We set up safety nets to protect them and they protest against them and call us all Communists. We make rules that protect them from "job creators" fucking them over at work or putting them in harms way and they blame us because those shit jobs that kill them are shut down. We offer to help them to find new jobs and they turn away. We offer them a voice in politics and they fucking break into the Capitol, destroy it, steal stuff, threaten to hang 2/3 of the order of succession and pizz and shite on the fucking floor. We literally shut our lives down over a virus to protect them, wear masks to try and open things up and make things a bit easier, make the vaccines easy to access all over the country and they fucking refuse to take it (despite them praising Trump for it) and assault people over masks. That isnt misguided...that is just being fucking Anti-American fuckheads.

Stop pretending we live in the "Good Ole Days" (which were never that good) and wake the fuck up Drew. The second the GOP gave these people an actual voice they infested everything and turned a party of Plutes into a party of straight up Fascists. They don't care about the rules, they don't care about society and they sure as fuck don't care about us. They want to burn the whole fucking thing down and do it in the name of an America that only existed in 1950s sitcoms and BS stories about the Old West. They assault cops with Blue Lives Matter flags for fucks sake. They don't live in the real world and they dont want to.
