Wiac 2015-16

UWS & MTU
Once again a tough conference even with only 5 teams. No AQ so it's fight every night type of atmosphere. Makes for an exciting year. GO JACKETS!

Re: Wiac 2015-16

So far WIAC is boasting an 11-1-3 overall record this season. Last night the WIAC pertnear swept their matchups against MIAC teams going 4-0-1 with 3 of the 5 games going into OT. Yellowjackets played well against Augsburg and won in OT. Jackets looked a little tired on the skates, especially for a weekend opener. I will be forced to chalk it up to early season lack of conditioning.

Re: Wiac 2015-16

what happened to the tanny Karty kid who was to play for point?? Injury or didnt show up?? He looked like a nice player with 4yrs in the USHL, or cannot crack the line-up??

The WIAC hasn't been quite as impressive in non conference action against the NCHA.

Looks like they are going to go 2-5-2 against the NCHA this weekend (if Stout hangs on for a win.).

Good thing Adrian had the weekend off...

Well, Adrian's got Stevens Point next Saturday in Arrington, and I think they've got another meeting in February in Wisconsin.

Re: Wiac 2015-16

That should be a dandy.

I imagine Point will be pretty hungry after a 1pt weekend...
