I think O'Connor playing above his head has helped. Ahti Oksanen had a fantastic year also.
Eichel runs the show but it has been the depth guys that have become better for the Terriers.

E Rodriguez.. I've watched him more than my share this season versus previous yrs.. he makes that line tick as much as Eichel. What a hard worker.. I know he's been bit quiet lately but taking the whole season into account.. what a player. Oh.. & he should have made the All Hockey East (first) team.
Players like that.. & a decent Head Coach at the helm.. (also see Providence, Lowell, Union in recent memory).. yeah.. this / that type, help turnarounds..

They(BU/Players & Coaches)came in with the mind-set to change what happen the season before,never to have it happen again...which they did with hard work...also Eichel makes any and all teams better...but they were focused from the end of last season to the opening of this season to change what had happened and to return to BU hockey...many/many teams can come away and "SAY" this and that,but BU really did it where it counts and that's was ON the ice.

I believe the first thing is to start by putting your right hand in, and then subsequently, you put your right hand out.
There's a few more things, but basically that's what it's all about.

Exactly. Depending on who wins tonight, as many as 5 Minnesotans will have been on National Title teams over the last 4 years.
