Video coverage of D1 games

Video coverage of D1 games has really deteriorated this year, at least from an international perspective. You can subscribe on a monthly or per game basis with Stretch, but more often than not it gets you nothing. Is coverage within the U.S. working better?

Sorry to hear. That’s tough for Canadian fans. I was watching the rivalry series earlier today and thinking how great it was, professional production.

I stopped following the CHA in earnest this year because I’m busier but also because $30 a month for Flo Hockey is not worth it when due to timing I can only watch a game or 2 and the deal only gets you Hurst, RIT, Lindenwood, and maybe RMU home games? I think they have one more year on their deal.

WCHA and ECAC and Hockey East coverage is affordable and accessible. NEWHA… I’ve never seen advertised what they are doing. But it would be good if both NEWHA and CHA found a way to get on espn+ or something similar.

In addition to the above, the degradation of Twitter, the absence of collegehockeystats.net, Ice Garden getting kicked off SBN, and imo an exhausted fandom due to various toxicities that pervade the commentary….all threats to women’s hockey coverage and following.
