Just wondering what is being talked about up in Superior about the current state of the men's program? Is there still a fire to be a top-notch team in the country? What sort of commitment is the school giving hockey? What is the recruiting situation?
Wondering since, as a fan who doesn't have any connections up there anymore and where I may get up there once a year for a game, it seems that in these last few years, the drive to be at the top and to contend for championships doesn't seem to be there. Not to say that the guys playing are not sincere and desire to win, but compared to what we are seeing happening around the other schools rising to power, is this simply a case of Superior is no longer a desired place to be?
