UW-Stout begins voluntary individual workouts- http://www.stouthockey.com/2009/09/team-begins-voluntary-workouts/

The one for sure I know of is Branden Gay who came from Robert Morris. He will be stepping in as a junior and looks like he'll be a very nice addition up front. Whether a kid is fresh from three years of juniors or is coming in from DI is irrelevant. Everyone has to earn their spots no matter where they come from.

yea that's what I was thinking. How many spots are open?

We lost 1 in net, 2 on defense and 2 up front. The two on D will be the toughest to replace (Wolgemuth and Klaren).

Jeff Wheeler graduating will certainly open up a spot on the penalty kill and 2nd/3rd line.

Andrew Hasbargen (SR) has elected not to return to the team. He didn't see much playing time a junior last season and has decided to focus on school and preparing to graduate.

David Norstrom (SO) has elected not to return. He saw action in a handful of games last season.
