USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

Freddie

Whipping Dead Horses Since 1955
The most famous 6-on-3 advantage in recent memory came in the 2004 NCAA championship game, when Denver successfully held off Miami's charge at a tying goal in the dying seconds. From the Black Bears' perspective, that was out of necessity.

Front page news, Ms Wade cant tell diff between Miami and Maine:eek: .

Re: USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

I noticed that Freddie. I just said over on the Miami thread that at least they did not say Maine of Ohio. :)

Re: USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

Looks like you need to proofread - Melissa Wade is the photographer, not the writer. FAIL!

Re: USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

I nominate TonyTheTiger20 he is pretty good at grammar/spelling/typo policing.

Re: USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

Apologies to Ms Wade. Give credit where due;

"USCHO senior writer Scott Weighart reports."

Frightening to think this error was made by 'senior' writer.
Nice to see it got fixed quickly.

Side bar to Nick Papagiorgio... eat my stinkin shorts.

Re: USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

That entire piece is just a hilarious attempt to plug his book. That's the best USCHO can come up with?

Re: USCHO seeking proof readers, apply here

i cant believe the article mentions maine, denver and even wisconsin river-falls; even if it is less than 1% of the article. the rest, per usual, is a jack parker suck off piece.
